Operate 1.1.0 can't refresh the workflow status automatically

Do I need set some configurations ?

Operate 1.1.0 can refresh the workflow based on the export from Zeebe.

Now, if your Operate instance is not refreshing, that is a different matter. See here for an example of how to report an issue: https://github.com/zeebe-io/zeebe-helm/issues/1

That is for Operate running in K8s using the Zeebe Helm charts. You need to provide information sufficient to nail down how you are running it, and what you’ve done to diagnose it, and what error messages you have found while diagnosing it.
