There is not enough information to help you with this. Unless I have a crystal ball where I can see what you are doing, you need to provide the steps to reproduce your problem.
Write out exactly what you are doing, as if you are documenting it for someone else. This will solve your issue in 78.2% of cases. If it doesn’t, you drop the documentation into a post with the heading: “The exact steps to reproduce my issue”.
Then we can see what you are missing / doing that causes this issue for you.
