It depends in what do you consider a microservice.

In some way, when you publish each of your workflows in a separate worker component, you essentially are publishing it as a microservice. In that sense, yes, you can deploy BPMN as a “microservice”.

But I might have misinterpreted your question and you need to be more specific with what do you mean by deploying workflow.bpmn as a microservice.

In essence, more context is needed to properly answer this question.
